Sims 4 legacy

Hey everyone!

So I had the sims 4 legacy edition on my Mac, and after a lot of conversations with EA support I have gotten no where. I have uninstalled origin and reinstalled. Cleared cache and uninstalled and reinstalled Sims 4. I spoke to someone today in EA support and she had me download the standard version of Sims 4 so once that re downloaded once again, it is now saying that it can now be played because of missing data... sims 4 legacy. I have downloaded multiple packs and expansions that I now can not play because of this issue. Is there a way around it? If not is it possible to transfer my data to my ps4 including my expansions.. I am really just annoyed with the little to know help that I received from EA Support.
