Sims 4 keeps crashing on Mac

I’ve had the sims4 for about two years now, just recently every time I launch the app, it shuts down my whole entire Mac. I’ve tried reinstalling, repairing, updating, removing mod and cache files. Please help me, I’ve spent so much money on the sims and I don’t wanna loose it all. Please explain to me how I can fix it in detail so I understand because I’m not good at computers. Thank you ))
