The Sims 4 isn't working on my Mac please help!

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? I can't open the game
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get Famous, Tiny Living, Island Living, Vintage Glamour Stuff, Eco Lifestyle, Cats&Dogs, Strangerville
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? My game freezes and I can't do anything but restart my Mac. And now I can't even open the game.
What do you expect to see? My game to be fixed.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Hey! 

I had a Mac and the Sims 4 was working properly. Then I broke it and bought another one, last night I downloaded the game and tried to open it. When I opened the game, the music was so strange like my speaker was making weird noises. Then I tried to create a sim but my game suddenly stopped and I couldn't even move my mouse. I waited like 10 mins and it was still not working. I had to restart my Mac. Then I tried to repair my game but it didn't change anything - when I went to create a sim it was still freezing. I deleted my game and all the files and downloaded again but still the same error. And the game suddenly closed then my Mac said "The Sims 4 can not open, error blah blah" 

I really don't know what to do, please help me! (I also deleted all the mods so...)

I tried again and now I can't even open the game ((((((

I just got my MacBook Air 2020 it’s the M1 and model A2337. Everytime I click play and try to make a sim it stops moving and I have to force quit/ force my MacBook to switch off and irs driving me crazy! Because I don’t want to risk anything with my new MacBook and I’m just confused why it’s happening can someone please help???
