Sims 4 is gone...

I updated origin on my mac and when I went on to go on to Sims 4, it's not there ?? I can't play Sims 4 because it's not in my gallery and I have used the product code so I can't re-add it. I don't know what to do... i love the Sims and it also cost me a lot... help me pleaseee

Do you mean it is not in your Games Library in Origin? Is it in your Applications folder?

It isn't in the game library but it is in my applications. When I have tried clicking on the sims instead of through origin, it comes up with 'activate game' and 'are you sure this is your account' which it is.... :/

Are you signed into Origin using the same account details you registered the game to? The game is linked to your EA/Origin account, not the computer you are using.
