Sims 4 doesn't save on mac

@dzm06 sims 4 doesn't show up in my files and folders only origin?

I wanted to leave this here just in case. Was having the same problem on Mac. Issue was the Electronic Arts folder was in the cloud because it had been a while since I last played. Had to download it and then everything started working again.
