I am on IMac the actual computer and I have played on pc with the sims 3 and everything was fine but for my sims 4 game it always crashes sometimes I cant even open my game sometimes it crashes in the middle of my game but I know it is not because of CC because I just downloaded CC like yesterday for the first time and it has been doing that from the start so I don’t know what to do please help.

Please also move out your Mods folder and try playing a new game for an hour or so - does it crash?

If you are still having problems then please post back detailing which Mac you have, which packs you have installed and whether you use CC/Mods or not.

You really need to provide more information - what exactly is happening? Any error messages? Please provide more information about your Mac. my mac is shutting down when i want to play or buildt. it’s all fine in the manage worlds or create a sim, but whenever i get into a lot, my laptop shuts down.

mac os sierra version: 10.12.6

i don’t have cc or mods
