Product: The Sims 4
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Don’t know???
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Spa day, and holiday stuff pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By playing the game
What happens when the bug occurs? Freezes, crashes game, freezes and crashes my MacBook to the point I can’t click on ANYTHING and have to wait for the battery to die to turn off. Which can’t be good for the computer.
What do you expect to see? Normal smooth running game that I can actually make progress on rather than it crashing without me having saved all the progress I have made!!!!?
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I don’t know what patch means and haven’t made any changes. It happens since the latest September update. It’s an absolute joke.
My game crashes every time I play ever since the latest september 2020 update. It is ruining my apple MacBook Pro as a result and if it breaks it as a result of this game constantly crashing I will have to file for compensation. I literally can’t click off the game, close the windows, shut it down, restart or anything everytime the game freezes/crashes, I have to wait for the battery to die to try and play again.
