Sims 4 can't connect to Gallery

I've tried looking for answers everywhere and none of them have been working. The gameplay is just fine, but whenever I try to open the gallery, by pressing f4 or the button in the upper right corner, it just takes me to my library.

I don't have any CC installed or mods, unless the game packs that you buy counts as CC. I saw in someone else's question that they allowed something with their firewall and it worked, which wouldn't be the case for me since my firewall is turned off. 

Also in the options, there is no "online access" button, so I'm not sure if that's the problem or not. However my Origin account was in online mode (not sure if there's a difference between the two).

Can you try resetting Origin - http://help.ea.com/uk/article/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/

I've reset Origin and it didn't fix the problem.
