Sims 4 bundle

I recently bought a bundle for The Sims 4 and one of the three didnt download (Eco-lifestyle).  I've checked for missing files and purchases already.  

Also on the opening page of the sims 4 where is lists all the icons of Expansion packs Eco Lifestyle isnt there.

Any ideas?
