Hello
I have been having an issue with my Sims 4, whenever I try to go open it my screen just blacks out for a good 20 seconds, I have a Mac Book.
If you have any solutions please contact me

Could you please go into Documents > Electronic Arts and move the Sims 4 folder to your desktop. Now launch the game. If it works it should be like new with no saves or CC/Mods. Let me know how you get on
