Sims 4 Snowy Escape map not showing up in-game

Mt. Komorebi is not showing up in-game Anyone else has this problem? When I click on the world, it's just a grey screen...

I tried going there by playing in another world and then going to the phone -> travel, but the same still happened.

@criisreverte I turned all mods off and it loaded, used mod conflict detector and it thought everything was fine so I’m going through one by one

Yep, update TOOL Mod and you should be fine.

How do you update the tool mod? What if you have no mods and it still isn't working?

If you don't have the Mod installed this fix isn't relevant Please can you start your own thread explaining exactly what the problem is.
