Sims 4 Origin Issue and won't connect to gallery

Hello,

I am having an issue with my game. Firstly, the 5th tile in my game library (which is supposed to be Sims 4) is blank. I cannot load the game from origin. I deleted and reinstalled origin, updated my Mac, reinstalled sims 4 and still no luck. I can manage to launch the game through normal applications, but when I do I can't connect to the gallery. My thinking is I can't connect because of the game not showing up properly in Origin. Any ideas?
