Sims 4 Launching Problem (Minimizes After Launch)

My sims 4 game has a lot of issues on my admin account of my Mac computer. It launches just fine, then it minimizes the game and I can't play anything. The crazy thing is that it is working fine on other Sims accounts.

Lets see if we can find the problem

Go to Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete the files Config and Options. Then try to open your game again.

If it is still not working, close it and go to Documents > Electronic Arts. Rename The Sims 4 folder to The Sims 4 old. Then try to open the game again. You will miss your save games and other user files, but don't worry, we are doing this for testing purposes.

Does it open now?
