Sims 4 Keeps Freezing on Loading Screen when Entering a Household in a Save.

Hello! I need some help please. My game is crashing for one of my saves that I really like. When:

Loading the game via Origin - WORKS

Accessing the Sims 4 Gallery - WORKS

Loading the save file - WORKS

Loading a Household within the save file - DOESN'T WORK!!!

Fixed it in my game - move the family out and into another lot (I moved them into a lot in Mt. Komorebi) then load that lot. Whilst on the lot move them back into the lot in Brindleton Bay using the Move option on the phone:

Maybe the save is corrupted? Could you upload it to a file sharing site and post the link or PM it to me.

Have you tired this? https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Mac/READ-FIRST-Sims-4-Mac-Help-Guides-and-Troubleshooting... after the new folder has created put the one problematic save in the saves folder and see if it loads. You need to try the save in a non-modded game.

I've tested the save. It froze for me too at the loading screen after I pressed play for that household. I tested in a new vanilla Sims 4 folder.

What is your origin ID, is it tokyoes?

Could you change your avatar from a custom one to a generic EA one and then try to load the save?

@Bluebellflora Yeah, I still can't play households in the save file. It must be corrupted because I don't have this issue with my other save files (hopefully). Is there a way to "un-corrupt"/ fix the save file?

I managed to load the lot in build mode, not live mode. I think there's an issue with the family, the lot is fine.

@Bluebellflora Yeah same, I can play build mode but not live mode. I'll try again clicking on another household that I haven't played.
