Sims 4 Installation Problem [ Edited ]

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME. I'm trying to download sims 4 onto my Mac. I have purchased the game and I am still trying to install it after 2 days. every time It starts downloading, it gets to at least 9% until it stops to "calculate" then it "pauses". I have tried to contact EA twice and both times I was "helped" it didn't work. please help I really don't want to get a refund I just want the game to work.
