Sims 4 Icon Glitch

The top right bar of my game is very glitched out. The gallery, notification wall, options menu, every icon on that bar are merged together. Every time I go into build mode, nothing pops up, only the lot, the icons that are supposed to be at the top are missing too. I can’t even exit out of my game because the icons are either merged together or disappeared.

Move the Mods folder out of the Sims 4 folder, trash the localthumbcache.package file then load the game without any 3rd party content. Is it still happening?

Yes, it worked for awhile. However I’m having the same issue again. I logged on to play this morning but my game had to update again. After the update the same problem appeared. I deleted all of my mods but I’m still having the same issues.

Did you move out the whole Mods folder to the desktop and trash the localthumbcache file again?

Yes I did. I’m thinking it might be my computer, but I’m not sure.

If they are fully compatible with the current patch version of the game and do not conflict with other Mods, yes.
