Sims 4 Expansion packs released before November 2019 not working with Legacy Edi

Hello

I have Legacy Edition and understand that the expansions packs after November 2019 are no longer available to me- which is fine. However, I have a number of expansion packs prior to that date, Cats&Dogs (2017)  for example, which continues to come up with an error saying I don't have the hardware to play. Is this fixable?

Can you please post a screenshot of the error message?
