If you open Origin and can not find the game in your library, then you've logged in to the wrong account. Try using any other email addresses you own. Go to reset password and try resetting the password to any email you have, and see which ones get an answer, which means you have an account linked to that account.
No luck? As this is an account issue you need to contact an EA game advisor. If you don't have the game code it can be hard to find the account, you need to list all possible email addresses or account IDs, maybe email addresses of your parents if you were young when the account was created. So try and come up with all needed information before contacting them
