If you open Origin and can not find the game in your library, then you've logged in to the wrong account. Try using any other email addresses you own. Go to reset password and try resetting the password to any email you have, and see which ones get an answer, which means you have an account linked to that account.

No luck? As this is an account issue you need to contact an EA game advisor. If you don't have the game code it can be hard to find the account, you need to list all possible email addresses or account IDs, maybe email addresses of your parents if you were young when the account was created. So try and come up with all needed information before contacting them Standard smile

Go here to contact EA support: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/

  • In the upper right corner, choose your region. If it's not there, choose US or UK.
  • Choose a game. For help with an account issue, choose Origin
  • Choose your platform
  • Choose topic and issue to give EA details.
  • Click Select contact option, and hopefully you get in touch with someone fast!

Here are some tips on how to do it if it's complicated!
