Sims 4 Crashing after update

Since the last update my Sims 4 keeps crashing before I even get to the main menu.

I have no mods or custom content.

I have tried resetting origin and restarting the program and my mac but I don't know how to fix it?

I keep getting this message...

I play Sims very regularly so I don't know why this is happening?

Please disable Origin in-game - https://bluebellflora.com/2017/12/23/disable-origin-in-game/

If that doesn't work go into Documents > Electronic Arts and move the Sims 4 folder to the desktop then try to launch a new clean game. Does it work?
