Sims 4 Build Mode bug

Whenever I go into build mode on The Sims 4 and then try to go back out of it, I can't click on anything and the UI is gone. I just downloaded the new Eco pack and have some mods, but I think I deleted all the out of date ones? Im not sure where to go from here, I tried repairing the game and still it does this.

It will be an out of date Mod. Check with the creators that they have been updated to be compatible with the current patch level of the game and the pack.
