World Adventures Expansion Pack Won't Download[Mac] [ Edited ]

So as you can see in the title, my World Adventures expansion pack won't download properly. It always says this whenever I try to download it "WARNING: "The Sims 3" version installed is more recent than expected. "The Sims 3 World Adventures" could be incompatible. Make sure you get all updates before playing." So I did as the warning said and updated my game to the newest update possible. After that, I tried again to download the World Adventures expansion pack. No luck. It did the same thing as it did before. It starts downloading like it should normally and then it gets stuck on file 5 of  565. I've tried closing out of the World Adventures installer, reopening it, etc.. No luck there either. I've looked on The Sim's 3 website to see if there was a World Adventures pack to Download, but I couldn't find anything of the like there either. I honestly don't know what else there is to do, and this is very frustrating for me considering I have three World Adventures disks, and they all do the same thing. None of them work. Please help!

P.S. I am a Mac user.

Download and install the digital version of WA through Origin. You do this by registering your WA product code.

Yesterday I downloaded Island Paradise expansion pack from origin online. After downloading and installing it, my Sims 3 stopped launching. The launcher would pop up but when you clicked the big play button, the sims will not start and the icon at my dock would disappear.

Another problem also is when I try to update my sims, the loading screen would pop up that says downloading but then after 2 minutes, it would disappear then I cant update my sims. 

Information: 

I'm using an Imac 

Verson 10.11.2

I have sims 3 late night and ambitions expansion pack

Help please I don't even know if I can get a refund! Thank you!
