Sims 3 store content won't buy!

I went on the sims 3 store to buy a couple hair styles and I pressed purchase. I got a little message saying that it will take a couple minutes to show up but it's been a day! It didn't even reduct any sim points at first I thought I didn't click purchase but I tried multiple times and it isn't working and the items just stay in my cart.

Found the solution quick actually! Just switched my browser and somehow it worked.
