Sims 3 registration code help

I am installed sims 3 on my mac computer from origin. It's asking me for my registration code and I can't find it anywhere someone please help

As @SleazySue, have you tried to get your code from Origin? Right click on your game in your Origin Games Library, and select Game Properties. This will open a new window with your game code.

When I right click, Game Properties does not come up as an option to click on.....what do I do?

Oh, ok, @maddiesmithers, could you tell us or show us a screenshot with the options you get when you right click?
