Sims 3 on Mac not starting. Product license limit reached help!

My mac is new with a fresh install of OS X El Capitan. I download and installed the EA Origin client. I then download and installed The Sims 3. No EP's or add-on's, just the base game itself. Once it was finally done, I tried to start the game, but then I received an error. A message saying that the license limit has been reached for this product. It has to be false because I just installed it. Other forums said to deactivate other computers but I've never had it on other ones. Please help! Also, under my origin client it shows that I have no trusted computers on my account. How can I make my Mac a trusted computer.

@GunnarDotson

Can you logout of Origin and log back in again?
