Hi everyone,
I have always played Sims 3 so far on Windows and with a DVD Rom.
I could never verify my Sims 3 on Origin because when I was younger I already made an Origin Account, verified my base game but I never found that old account again. So I always stuck to DVD Rom.
Now I’m thinking about purchasing a MacBook Air and buy an external DVD drive. Apparently the Sims 3 game has been updated to a 64 bit version to be compatible with Apple’s newer computers.
But what about my DVD Rom version, can they also be updated to a 64 bit version?
Id be happy for any help

No, 64 bit is Origin exclusive, and requires the serial code to be verified to the Origin account.
I would recommend you to contact EA Support over chat and tell them this:
