Sims 3 custom content not showing in game!

Hello! First off I want to say thank you for reading his post if you are! I need help because 1) the advisors didn't understand what custom content was and didn't help me at all and 2) I WANT TO PLAY MY GAME! So my cc disappeared about 3 weeks ago, and then I tried everything under the sun! ITS STILL NOT SHOWING IN GAME! It says it's installed! And no I don't have the run without custom content checked! So please help me ! (I have a Mac btw) !

Hi @Simsgirl1189,

Did you install the CC via Launcher or did you install it on the Mods folder? Does it show as installer on the launcher?
