I just recently received a new Macbook Pro. I downloaded the Sims3 base game from origin. When I try to install, it gives me the product code. When I paste the product code into the boxes, the continue button does not work. It's like the installer doesn't realize the code has even been put in the boxes. Please help! I haven't played in a while and need my Sims fix! ;-)

@AbC5385a2862716 @hbridges80 Did you try writing it down and manually typing it in? There may be some characters you don't see in the paste buffer. Give it a try.

Hey,
Yes I tried typing in the code manually. I've also tried:
- re-installing Origin
- re-downloading Sims 3
- re-entering code
-copying from clipboard
- ctrl+c then ctrl+v
I'm out of options, don't know what to do
