Sims 3 Pets isn't compatible?[Mac] [ Edited ]

I recently downloaded Sims 3 on my Mac. I downloaded Sims 3 and the supernatural expansion. I tried to download Sims 3 Pets but it's telling me Pets isn't compatible and to update the Sims 3 game. But I think I have updated it as much as I can because when I click refresh it doesn't say there is a new update. But it's still telling me Sims 3 Pets isn't compatible. Does anyone know what to do? Thanks!

Try manually downloading and installing the patch.
