How do I get ahold of a human about my 90 day warranted? I want my money back or sims 3 on PS3 instead of Mac. I bought the game and it says no disc inserted and I've tried everything suggested. Nothing works.

No it's for my Mac that it is having problems. Every other disc I insert is just fine. I looked it up and it's a huge problem amongst Mac users. I just want a refund or a copy for PS3, as that is my other platform.

It's not a huge problem as it can be easily fixed by downloading and installing the game digitally.
