Sims 3 Inte the future problems on Mac

When i am to play my into the future, it says that the time limit has been reached. It also says i'm to contact EA's support, who says I'm to go here!!! I'm playing on a Mac. Please someone help me!!!!!

You should not be getting that error on a Mac, please could you provide a screenshot of the error message? Did customer support check your product code? You could try manually uninstalling and reinstalling ITF. Let me know how you get on
