Sims 3 64-bits [ Edited ]

Hello

I haven't played Sims 3 in many years but today when I wanted to its says that my computer cant play 32-bits games. And in my library there is a 64-bit Sims 3 now that I can download but do I need to pay for that one? Because it says when I press download: 

''By clicking on "I accept" to download the EA content within 14 days from the date of purchase, you agree that you lose the right to withdraw.''

@isabellwestwick  I think that's just a standard disclaimer.  The 64-bit version of Sims 3 is available for free to anyone who owns the 32-bit version.  Besides, if you had to pay, Origin would ask you for your credit card information.
