Sims 3 64-bit says 'finalizing' and won't launch

Hi, I downloaded The Sims 3 64-bit version recently, and so far it has been working well. However, yesterday I changed the graphics in settings to be higher, and when I restarted the game it came up with 'finalizing' instead of 'play' in my Origin library. It has been like that for around 24 hours now, and I haven't been able to play it. Does anyone know how I can fix it? I have tried closing and re-opening Origin, restarting my laptop etc. but it still says 'finalizing'. Thanks

Try repairing your game.  That fixed mine.
