I can't find the 64 bit update. It is still the 32 bit. What do I do?

@bonnger Make sure you don't have any filters enabled in your Origin game library; click the word Filter in the upper right corner of the window to adjust the settings. If you do have the 64-bit version available, you should see two Sims 3 entries in your library:
If you don't have the 64-bit version, you'll need to contact EA customer support: ask that the "entitlement," as it's called, for the 64-bit version be added to your account.

Thank you. I can't seem to get a live chat with somebody. Not sure what is going on

@bonnger Clear your browser cache, or try a different browser. I've never had an issue getting through to support on Firefox.

I'm getting insane. The EA doesn't know what to do, even if I ask for the entitlements for my expansion packs. I've contacted them multiple times, and I'm getting sick of this. I literally just wanna play sims 3..

I’m trying to get through on here, because EA isn’t much help. I got the sims 3 64 bit in my MacBook, but all my expansion packs are seen as “unlocked” but not to be installed into the game. EA said they’re looking at the case, but it might take a while. Since I’ve had poor experience with EA, I don’t trust them to return to me with a solution. Is anyone else, experiencing the issue still? I know many have, but now we’re basically in December.
I’ve posted pictures about how it looks.
Keep in mind, it’s Danish for me. But it says “unlocked”

I am having issues installing my game on my new MacBook. In origin it's greyed out so I am not really able to find a way to install it. Any ideas on what to do?

@hassen2001 You can try feeding the support rep these two threads:
They're both written by an EA employee who knows what he's talking about. And don't hesitate to ask for a supervisor if necessary.

@KetieSaner Do you see the 64-bit version as well?
If you don't see that, try dismissing all filters in your Origin library; the Filter button is in the upper right corner of the screen.
If the game isn't there at all, you'll need to contact EA customer support to ask that the "entitlement," as it's called, for the 64-bit version be added to your account.
