Sign in Failure

I've been unable to sign into Origin for a couple of days now. I've tried resetting my MacBook, clearing the cache, reinstalling Origin, and a bunch of other stuff. After I attempt to log in it says "Sign in failure" and "Sign in is currently unavailable. Please try again later." Please help me!!!! This is getting really frustrating because I was just able to play a few days ago. Any help would be amazing!

@Cheeselybees , have you tried resetting Origin itself? The link below provides instructions on how to do this. Also make sure that you have Origin In Game turned off.

Please keep us updated and if this does not work we may need the specs for your Mac.

If resetting Origin doesn't work please work your way through the Downloads & Connections issue section in the Mac Origin thread - https://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-Mac/READ-FIRST-Origin-Troubleshooting-and-Information/m-p/5371659...

Try disabling proxy settings first Standard smile

I have tried that multiple times now but it doesn't seem to solve it. Thank you, though.

Restart your Mac in safe mode - https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201262 then try logging in.
