I recently updated my Sims 4 game on my Mac and now I am having significant issues. My previously saved games are not loading. The screen just stays in the loading phase with the blue background and the spinning green plumbob. Even when I wait a few moments, the game does not load. Today, I tried to start a new game. I was able to create my character, but when I got to the screen where I have to choose what world she should live in there was absolutely nothing there. I don't know what to do! I am not able to attach a screenshot of the "choose a world" screen because the "choose file" button at the bottom of this page is not working for some reason. If anyone has any ideas about how to fix this issue with my game, please let me know!

Hi
I updated my sims 4 today after all this crashing happening during the past week. Now it would simply not charge. The spinning green symbol goes on for ages and it doesn't let you play.
