I just reinstalled The Sims 4 on my Mac. It's had some major surgery recently, with a new SSD and a full rebuild being done on it. I was feeling nostalgic and figured I'd give it a play again for a while.
I've created a total of 3 households today and all of them have disappeared after I've saved the game and quit it.
I've Googled it and found instructions about downloading the EA Games folder inside my Documents, stored in iCloud, but when I run the game, it shows families but none of them are the three I created tonight/today, although when I look in the folder where they're saved, there are several files in there with todays date on them.
Can anyone help?! I spent ages creating each character and there's little point in doing it again until I figure out where they're disappearing to!
