Save files not working

Only one save file working:

For some reason, my game only fully works if I only have one save file. Otherwise, they all get deleted and I have to either start over or constantly save a new household to the gallery and redownload them in.

Has anyone else had this issue? How do you fix it?

Playing on Mac, the most recent version. Removed all my CC, didn't fix it. Would reinstalling the game help?
