Save file not working even after both updates (June 4th and 3rd)

Hi, so I updated my game (both updates June 3rd and 4th) and my save file is still broken and I don't know what else to do I hope I am not the only one with this problem and I am on Mac

Move out your Mods folder to the desktop, trash the localthumbcache.package file and then see how it is.
