I have contacted you quite a few times about an error that I receive when I try to play the sims. I am extremely pissed off by the lack of response that I have gotten. I have contacted support through chat numerous times with people who have no idea how to help me. I had purchased the magic download months ago and have yet to play the game. I do not know what else I have to do to get any help. there is a bug that will not allow me to play the sims. it will not load. everything possible has been done and it still does not load. contact tech support and get this fixed. this error happened on my mac after downloading the catalina update. something is not right here.

Hi, i've met people who have had the same problem. Have you tried launching the game using another user?
