hiya can i please ask for help!!! 

i have been trying to download sims 4 on my macbook pro 2015 and it keeps coming up this message which ive tried every single thing and it just doesnt work, can someone please tell me their solution? im seeing a lot of pc solutions but I cant find any mac ones? ive been stuck with this problem for 2 months !! and ive updated my laptop to Big Sur 11.01.1 and origin wont even let me download it again as i doesnt support that update!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!
