SIMS 4 Crash on Mac

Just updated the game, played for a few hours after the upload then today when I tried to jump on it crashes. Really upsetting since I bought an expansion pack. Kinda want my money back if they don’t fix it soon.

Is it the game? Or your Mac? Or your Sims 4 user data folder?

Please can you provide more information about your Mac. Instructions on how to do so and what to provide here - http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-Mac/READ-FIRST-Sims-4-Mac-Help-Guides-and-Troubleshooting/m-p/4612...

Can you also please move the Sims 4 folder from Documents > Electronic Arts to the desktop then relaunch the game so it is like new with none of your content loaded. Does it still crash?
