@Kiiryu Are you playing Sims 3 or Sims 4? For TS4, you shouldn't need any game codes—Origin will validate your ownership and allow the downloads. For TS3, you should see a popup with the code for each pack during the download process. You can just copy the code to Notes or something, then paste it into the installer window when prompted.
If the popups don't display your codes for some reason, you can always call EA customer support to get them. Once you validate ownership of your account, a support rep can read them to you over the phone or paste them directly into a chat window.
