Realm of Magic won’t download onto my Sims 4 base

I have just purchased the Realm of Magic, I have quit Origin and Sims 4 gameplay to restart and I can’t find the realm of magic anywhere. I have also tried to update the Sims 4 and now it is saying Download Error and to check my internet connection but my internet connection is fine. Someone help please
