my sims 4 saves are gone

Hey there!

I'm currently experiencing the same thing. I spent days creating the exact world I wanted and BOOM! When I load Sims 4 via Origin, the only option it gives me is to start a new game. There is no sign of a "load game" button. I don't know what to do I tried deleting the ".ver" but nothing is popping up still. Please help!!!

What is that SerialGUID folder?

Please could you click on the save above the one highlighted in your screenshot once to select it then go to File > Get Info. Under the General > Where section near the top of the info window please copy and paste the location of the save here.
