Sims 4 update Failed

Hey, I am having trouble updating my sims for and was wondering if anyone could help?

it keeps sayings: Please check that the location is available or cancel and restart the download to another location.

I have tried everything but nothing has worked (i have a MacBook btw)

Check the installation location in Origin is pointing to the correct Applications folder on your Mac where the game is actually installed. It will either be:

Macintosh HD⁩ ▸ ⁨Users⁩ ▸ ⁨[your user account] ▸ ⁨Applications⁩

or

Macintosh HD ▸ ⁨Applications⁩

Every time I try downloading TS4 I get this message

Please check that the location is available or cancel and restart the download to another location. I can't figure out where it thinks I;m trying to download it, nor can I figure out how to change it to somewhere else

@dasted08 Sounds as though Origin is trying to download/save the files to a location that not longer exists for your Mac. Have you tried changing the save location in the Origin preferences?
