Thanks everyone for all the details you have been sharing with us, and for trying the troubleshooting steps suggested - it's very helpful for the team to know what computers this is happening on and what you have tried so far to be able to investigate this. 

Would you be willing to share Origin logs with us to help with the investigation? If so, to get them, please, follow these steps:

1. Open Origin
2. Try to launch the game, so you get the error message
3. Close the error message and Origin
4. Open a Finder window
5. Hit Cmd+Shift+G in the Finder and enter ~/Library/
6. Navigate to Application Support/Origin/Logs to find the Origin logs
7. Right click on the Logs folder and select Compress
8. Upload the file to a file sharing website like Google Drive or OneDrive
9. Send me a direct message with the link to the file. Please, also let me know what issue the logs are for (especially if you haven't posted in this thread!)

For anyone who hasn't already, if you are getting that exact error message, the following information would also be helpful:

My game is working now, but I lost my previous game and and it is English now, which if fine but I prefer the game in Dutch.

I moved my folder to desktop and repaired the game, I hope it will works for you all.

What is the exact error message you're getting?

Could you upgrade your version of macOS via the Mac App Store and see if that helps?
