Saves not loading after update to Big Sur

Hello, 

I really appreciate your help. Sims 4 has not been opening since I downloaded Big Sur. The game just spins and spins. It acts like it's loading but nothing happens.

I followed your directions and pasted the command into the terminal box.

This is what came back:

Split your post as you are not having an issue with lost saves.

Have you tried repairing the game in Origin?
