Hello. The other day I opened finder on Mac and found tons of Sims pictures. They aren't screen shots and I didn't take them. They appear automatically every time I check finder. What do I do?

No, cache files are generated by the game automatically and can't be disabled.

I've been deleting them but they come back

Those pictures are cache files from The Gallery, the game will download those pics when you use The Gallery in order to load faster those items the next time you want to see them. You can delete them, but if you open The Gallery again, the game will download some pictures again.

is there a way where it won't do that?

You can use Automator to write a script which will automatically delete them as soon as they appear - https://bluebellflora.com/automatically-deleting-sims-4-gallery-cache-files/

This didn't work for me

Using Automator didn't work? That's weird. Make sure you follow the instructions exactly. I've just tested it and it's working fine for me
