Question Marks After Repair

I’ve uninstalled and re-installed the game several times. I’ve repaired, chosen a few packs to be removed upon re-download. I don’t use cc or mods. I have plenty of space on my computer and this KEEPS happening. I’m not sure what to do or how to navigate the game now as I’ve done everything I can to fix what’s happening. This is a recent development since buying busy the dust and wearwolves

Still, certain outfits will make my sims body go red and white and some items just won’t appear at all. I know the items I’m using aren’t from the packs I’ve chosen not to download again so it’s not a matter of them not being available. Even when every pack is installed this happens. 

Any tips would be helpful!
