Purchased Dream Home Decorator but does not show up in game.

I purchased and downloaded the Dream Home Decorator pack yesterday. It shows up as installed in my Origin library. However, it does not appear in game and shows up as "not owned."

Computer specs: 2013 MacBook Air | macOS Sierra version 10.12.6 | 1.3 GHz Intel Core i5 processor | 4 GB memory | Intel HD Graphics 5000 1536 MB.

Game specs: normal version 1.75.125.1230

I have tried repairing the game with no success. No CC/mods.

Could you post screenshots if it in your game library and not showing in the main menu of the game?

The dream home decorator pack is not showing in my library after purchasing. I have seen a couple other posts with no answers or resolution for this issue. 

The purchase was successful and I received an invoice. 

I have purchased multiple expansions and packs in the past and never had an issue so not really sure what's going on. 

Help appreciated. I've been really looking forward to this pack

Have you tried repairing the game?
